We are so confident that our candidates will meet or exceed expectations that we offer a twelve-month warranty. We are proud to say that we have never been called upon to honour this warranty. After completion of every assignment, we hold a structured feedback interview with the client and with two candidates. There are nine questions for each interview, and each question is scored one to five. Although most respondents start with the phrase "I don't give fives", our overall average rating from clients is 4.49, and from candidates is 4.49. Importantly, 100% of our clients unhesitatingly say they would use us again and would recommend us to others. The detailed source data is available to bona fide clients and potential clients. We routinely check the progress of every appointment after 6, 12 and 24 months. And meanwhile we are regularly used as a sounding board by both client and candidate. The partnership does not end with assignment completion. When we have completed an appointment, we don't just walk away from it. We don't see ourselves as simply filling senior jobs; we see ourselves as working with our clients to improve the performance of their businesses by making the right appointments.
