We invest heavily in an outstanding in-house research team. Our research associates are talented graduates who are subsequently fully trained in senior executive research techniques. Having our own high calibre in-house research team, as opposed to using a third party research company, gives us a number of advantages: Firstly, the research resource is part of our core business - we will continue to do as much research as required until we produce a first-class shortlist.
