All of our consultants have worked at CEO, MD or Executive Director level in their areas of expertise before joining Robinson Keane. Some of us continue to serve other organisations in a non-executive director capacity. This depth of senior level business experience equips us to understand both the challenges of the appointments which we handle and the subtleties of the organisational and strategic context, irrespective of sector.
Experience at this level also enables us to rigorously assess senior level candidates. We believe that you cannot properly assess the capability and performance of senior level candidates without having operated at a similar level yourself.
And finally, this level of experience enables us to engage with our clients in a broader way, as partners. We can constructively challenge assumptions, suggest alternative solutions, and combine our expertise to ensure the very best possible outcome.
